  • "Great treatment by Becca! Came in with a chronic Achilles injury. I'd seen a couple of other specialists previously but with no luck. Becca got me back to 100% over the course of treatment and was just great throughout. Thank you!"

  • This is the best Physio I have ever been to. Becca is so friendly and puts you at ease straight away. She listens and she knows exactly what you need. She has fantastic experience and it really shows. I can’t recommend her and Dynamic Recoveries enough.

  • Becca gave excellent advice regarding my foot injury. I followed her suggested regime and exercises and noticed improvement after only a few days. After 10 days the problem had resolved. Brilliant !

  • Becca was recommended to me when I started suffering knee and hip pain. She is so knowledgeable and professional; she put me on a rehab plan for both in the hope to get me running again and within a few months I’m doing exactly that pain free. Couldn’t recommend enough!

  • I’ve been seeing Becca for a couple of years now for various niggles as a runner. Each time she diagnoses the issue instantly and we work towards recovering from and healing the problem. This can be from an in-clinic approach to setting me a programme to follow in my own time which is hugely helpful, targets the problem areas and goes on to improve the muscles I need to continue and better myself in my sport.

Knowing I have a long event coming up, Becca always treats me with that in mind and I still follow her plans weeks and months after I have recovered. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

  • Had excellent service from Dynamic Recoveries. Rebecca gave me exercises and advice when I tore my meniscus. Went from walking with crutches to strengthening my knee back to its full capacity. In fact the exercise even improved my arthritis! Rebecca was friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining every exercise in relation to what part of the knee and leg it was helping. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a serious injury or a just a niggle that they are ignoring but really needs some physio.

  • Excellent practice. Have worked with me tirelessly to get me ready for my upcoming knee surgery and during my recovery from the surgery, last October. Cannot fault their service and would recommend to anyone who needed Physio or Osteopathy treatment.

  • Highly recommend Becca from Dynamic Recoveries. She is very thorough when assessing the injury. Mine was pain in the heel, under the knee and general week calf muscle. I was given a few different exercise programmes, easy to follow. After a few months of physio the pains are gone, I can wear different shoes again, can squat, kneel and run! Very pleased with my recovery. Thanks Becca!
