Where are we based?
We are based within the friendly and welcoming community gym called Livefit Gym. We are a 2 minute drive from Manningtree train station, with ample free parking. To find us walk into the gym and there is a comfy coffee area to wait for your therapist to collect you. Please visit our contact us page to find out more.
What to wear?
We recommend you wear lose gym type clothing. If you need your lower limb assessed we recommend you bring shorts or lose jogging bottoms. There is space in the clinic to get changed also.
How much do consultations cost?
Initial Consultations: £52
Follow up consultations 45min: £52
Follow up consultations 30min: £40
Sports Massage 30min: £40
I am a Livefit member, how do I receive my discount?
Please place a booking note once you have completed your online booking stating you are a Livefit member. Our admin team will verify this and credit your account accordingly.
Do you offer domiciliary appointments?
Sadly this is a provision that we are unable to offer due to insurance constraints.
